What We’re Looking For

A heart for young children and a commitment to Christian values and living the tenets of the Christian faith.
Experience with infants and toddlers, ideally in a Reggio Emilia-inspired or similar environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent documentation skills using online platforms, photography, videography, and written expression
Relevant credentials, including Bachelor's degree, AA, CDA, and CPR training

Foster a warm, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment for children.
Plan and implement engaging, hands-on activities inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach.
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
Support the physical, emotional, and spiritual development of every child in your care.

Compensation: $15.50 - $18.75 per hour
