- Experience with infants and toddlers, ideally in a Reggio Emilia-inspired or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent documentation skills using online platforms, photography, videography, and written expression
- Relevant credentials, including Bachelor's degree, AA, CDA, and CPR training
